This is the beginning of a solid working relationship, where we can put a shape and scope to your vision, while showcasing our experience and attention to detail.
Blue Print Consultation
Your next meeting is with our architectural team. We have been solving space problems and creating unique RockCreek plans for over a decade. This meeting will set your budget and construction details, setting out the blueprint that will guide your project to success.
Contract Review & Sign Off
Clear communication is the key to a successful contract. At this stage, all efforts are made to ensure every detail is reviewed and understood prior to sign off. Our contractual process has continually evolved since 2003, and the successful management of hundreds of projects is a testament to RockCreek's work in this area.
